The sequence of the numbers on a roulette wheel has got nothing to do with the arithmetic value. Its one of the secrets that make the roulette game such a balanced one – at least, theoretically speaking. The order of the numbers is masterfully designed, and it manages to accomplish many things simultaneously.
Just as you’ve noticed, the layout of the numbers on the wheel is all but random. Well, some innovative thoughts were invested in designing this piece, and as a result, we’ve got a casino game that is as close to the balance as possible.
The basic roulette table rule.
The rule is similar to the other variations of roulette. The one significant difference is that the American version of the game has one more field, for the double zero. Both French and American versions clearly display the inside and outside bets, and the numbers on the wheel are coloured correspondingly to the pockets on the table.
The French version of the game is the most different ones it is equipped with a different layout, and it also features some of the bet names in French. These, however, are superficial differences that do not entirely affect the return-to-player ratio. If the game you are playing feature announced bets, there is every likelihood that there’ll be an additional betting table for the players, also known as the racetrack. It is designed to house all the filed for every possible call bet, including the ’neighbour’ bets.
Knowing the roulette game and understanding how the roulette table works means winning at it. You’ve got to see the layout of the wheel and the table – both will help you get a grasp on roulette, and you’ll get better at it.
